The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Content Writer to create content and copy for our global website and blogs. This role is ideal for someone in the early stages of their career who is passionate about writing, eager to learn, and comfortable adapting their writing style across different formats.
You may be a fresh graduate with a strong interest in content, or someone with 1–2 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital marketing, preferably from an agency environment.
You’ll work on a variety of content formats, including articles, website copy, whitepapers, blogs, and direct-response copy. While content creation will be the primary focus, we’re looking for someone who is curious, adaptable, and willing to learn across different areas of marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Write clear, engaging, and user-friendly content for our global website, blogs, and other marketing channels.
Create content across different formats, including articles, blogs, landing pages, website copy, whitepapers, and direct-response copy.
Research industry trends, competitors, customer needs, and relevant topics to develop useful and engaging content.
Apply basic SEO principles, including keyword usage, content structure, readability, and on-page optimization.
Adapt writing style and tone based on the audience, content format, and brand guidelines.
Simplify complex financial and payment-related concepts into clear and easy-to-understand content.
Proofread and edit your own work to improve grammar, clarity, readability, and conciseness.
Draft, format, and publish articles and other content using our internal Content Management System (CMS). We are looking for someone comfortable learning basic CMS workflows, including content formatting, adding links and images, and managing on-page content elements.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, product messaging, customer education, and other content initiatives.
Support content requirements for product launches, campaigns, and other marketing activities.
Stay curious and continuously learn about content, SEO, digital marketing, and new content formats and practices.
Use AI tools and other relevant tools responsibly to improve content research and workflows while maintaining originality and quality.
Skills & Qualifications
Fresh graduates with strong writing skills are welcome to apply.
1–2 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital marketing is preferred, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment.
Strong written and spoken English with excellent grammar and communication skills.
Ability to write across different formats, including articles, blogs, website copy, whitepapers, and marketing copy.
Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization.
Strong research skills and the ability to turn information into clear, engaging content.
Ability to adapt writing style based on the audience, platform, and brand voice.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to independently edit and proofread content.
Comfortable working with Content Management Systems (CMS) and learning new publishing tools and workflows.
Willingness to navigate a mild technical learning curve and handle basic technical aspects of content publishing.
Familiarity with Google Docs and common content/digital marketing tools.
Comfortable using AI tools as part of the content research and workflow process.
Most importantly, a strong willingness to learn, take feedback, experiment, and adapt.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment and meet deadlines.
