Salesforce Solutions Architect

Job Overview
We are looking for a Salesforce Solutions Architect with strong expertise in System Design, Solution Architecture, SFDC, and Enterprise Integration. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise and a broad technology background, with the ability to design solutions for complex systems and integrations. The role requires an architect with generic technology experience beyond Salesforce-specific architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Design scalable, secure, and reliable solutions involving Salesforce and enterprise systems.
Develop end-to-end system and solution architectures for complex business requirements.
Analyze complex integration requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
Define and apply appropriate enterprise integration patterns.
Design integration solutions between Salesforce, APIs, applications, databases, middleware, and third-party systems.
Create HLDs, architecture diagrams, data flows, and integration designs.
Evaluate different technologies and architectural approaches to solve complex integration challenges.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, technical leads, and enterprise architects.
Ensure solutions meet scalability, performance, security, reliability, and maintainability requirements.
Required Skills
Strong experience in System Design and Solution Architecture.
Strong overall technical expertise with a broad understanding of enterprise technologies.
Good foundation in Salesforce/SFDC architecture and platform capabilities.
Good understanding of enterprise integration concepts and patterns.
Ability to design and implement solutions for complex system integrations.
Experience with APIs, REST/SOAP, middleware, messaging, and event-driven architectures.
Understanding of cloud platforms, microservices, distributed systems, and API architectures.
Ability to select appropriate integration patterns based on business and technical requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical architectural solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Salesforce-specific development expertise is not mandatory; broader technology architecture experience is highly important.
