🚀 We’re Hiring: Sr. HCL Commerce Software Engineer
We are looking for for our client an experienced Sr. HCL Commerce Software Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in HCL Commerce / IBM WebSphere Commerce (WCS) and Java development.

⚡ Face-to-Face Interview: Mandatory at L2/L3 stage
🚀 Key Requirements
🔹 Strong experience with HCL Commerce / IBM WebSphere Commerce (WCS) v8 or v9
🔹 8+ years of overall software development experience
🔹 5+ years of hands-on Java application development
🔹 Strong expertise in HCL Commerce development, customization, and extensions
🔹 Experience designing and developing new eCommerce features using HCL Commerce components
🔹 Strong understanding of software design, architecture, and integration
🔹 Experience with technical design documentation, code reviews, and unit/integration testing
🔹 Good understanding of performance optimization and eCommerce security
🔹 Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application and production issues
🔹 Experience mentoring developers and providing technical guidance
🔹 Strong stakeholder communication and Agile delivery experience
🎯 Key Requirement: Candidates must have hands-on experience with HCL Commerce v8/v9 along with strong Java development expertise.
