Job Title: Executive/ Senior Executive

Job Purpose
The Executive/ Senior Executive will be responsible for driving membership engagement, strengthening institutional and government relations, and ensuring successful implementation of programs and revenue-generating initiatives aligned with the Chamber’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue generation through membership growth, sponsorships, and other relevant activities.
Membership engagement and execution of state-level initiatives.
Maintain strong relationships with key government departments, industry stakeholders, and institutional partners to further ASSOCHAM’s objectives.
Enhance ASSOCHAM’s visibility and representation within the state through strategic outreach, media engagement, and stakeholder connect.
Support the state team on execution of sectoral and regional strategies aligned with ASSOCHAM’s national agenda.
Coordinate with Delhi headquarters and other regional/state offices for effective implementation of policies, events, and projects.
Provide periodic reports, insights, and feedback on state-level developments, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.
Education and Experience
Postgraduate degree in Management, Economics, Public Policy, or related field preferred.
Experience in industry associations, government interface, corporate affairs, or institutional relations.
Proven track record in stakeholder management, business development, and team leadership.
Skills (Soft and Functional)
Strong understanding of Maharashtra’s industrial and economic landscape.
Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes independently.
Strategic thinking and business development orientation.
IT Skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for document preparation, data analysis, and presentations.
Email and Calendar Management using MS Outlook or similar tools for scheduling and coordination.
Virtual Meeting Platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet) for webinars, meetings, and online events.
Online Research Skills to gather industry data, track policy updates, and prepare briefing notes.
Familiar with the use of Artificial Intelligence tools, including ChatGPT and similar platforms, for enhancing efficiency and communication. Comfortable working in ERP environments and leveraging digital systems for process optimization and data-driven decision-making.
