We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with strong B2B and Service Industry experience to build and scale EZ's demand-generation engine and contribute directly to revenue and profitability.
You will own performance marketing across the funnel- from targeting and demand generation to qualified pipeline, conversion, revenue attribution and marketing ROI.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and scale B2B performance marketing across Google, LinkedIn, Meta and relevant channels.
Identify high-value industries, accounts, decision-makers and service offerings to target.
Generate qualified leads, sales opportunities and pipeline, rather than focusing on lead volume alone.
Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion and revenue outcomes.
Run campaigns and analyse campaign as well as sales data to identify the most profitable customer segments and services.
Test and optimise audiences, messaging, creatives, landing pages and conversion funnels.
Build clear reporting connecting marketing investment → qualified pipeline → revenue → business impact.
Recommend where to scale and optimise marketing investment based on performance.
Job Requirements
4-7 years of experience in B2B Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing / Demand Generation.
Mandatory experience in the B2B Service Industry — consulting, professional services, IT/technology services, outsourcing, staffing, agencies or similar.
Proven experience generating qualified B2B pipeline and measurable business outcomes.
Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys.
Experience partnering closely with Sales and CRM teams.
Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and marketing analytics/reporting tools.
Ability to connect marketing activity with pipeline, revenue and profitability.
