Hiring | Guidewire PolicyCenter Technology Analyst – Specialist
📍 Hyderabad | 💼 3–9 Years Experience | 🏢 Insurance / BFSI
We’re looking for an experienced Technology Analyst / Business Systems Analyst with hands-on Guidewire PolicyCenter experience to bridge business requirements and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Requirement gathering, analysis & documentation
• Lead stakeholder discussions & requirement workshops
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows & data mappings
• Perform systems, application, integration & data analysis
• Partner with Product Owners, Architects, Developers & QA
• Support Agile delivery from ideation to implementation

✅ Requirements Analysis & Elicitation
✅ Stakeholder Management
✅ Business & Systems Analysis
✅ User Stories & Acceptance Criteria
✅ Agile Methodologies
✅ Strong communication & analytical skills
Good to Have: Java/Spring Boot, APIs, SQL, Informatica, IBM ACE/ODM, Enterprise Integrations, DevSecOps & Insurance domain experience.
