SDE 2 - Flutter & Andriod

Responsibilities:
Lead mobile feature development from design through release.
Architect complex Flutter solutions with clean separation of concerns.
Implement custom animations, transitions, and native platform integrations.
Own app performance, crash rates, and release quality.
Maintain high standards of code quality, unit testing, and documentation.
Use a product thinking mindset to solve business and tech problems.
Monitor systems, debug production issues, and ensure the uptime of critical services.
Work closely with product, frontend, and data teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Proven ownership of features from design to deployment.
Mentor junior engineers and drive code quality standards.
Exposure to AI Coding Assistant tools like Claude Code.
Requirements:
3-6 years of Flutter/mobile development experience.
Strong understanding of Flutter architecture patterns.
Experience working in designing Android Native solutions.
Experience with advanced state management (BLoC, Riverpod).
Track record of shipping high-quality mobile features.
Good to Have:
Experience in the fintech/wealth management / mutual funds domain.
Experience with CI/CD for mobile (Fastlane, Codemagic).
Knowledge of native iOS (Swift) development.
Experience with real-time features (WebSockets, Firebase).
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
Track record of mentoring or leading small teams.
Understanding of compliance, KYC, and regulatory requirements.
Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, ELK).
