Are you an experienced Healthcare RCM professional with strong expertise in Eligibility Verification, Benefits Verification (EVBV), and Prior Authorization?
Join our team as a Manager – Eligibility Verification & Prior Authorization and take the lead in driving operational excellence, accuracy, compliance, and timely approvals.
💼 Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead and manage end-to-end Eligibility & Prior Authorization operations
✅ Oversee Eligibility & Benefits Verification (EVBV) processes
✅ Ensure accurate and timely Prior Authorization submissions & approvals
✅ Monitor operational performance, quality, productivity, and turnaround times
✅ Identify process gaps and implement effective improvements
✅ Ensure adherence to payer requirements, compliance standards, and client SLAs
✅ Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
✅ Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve complex operational issues
🎯 What We’re Looking For
🔹 9+ years of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
🔹 Strong expertise in EVBV, Eligibility Verification & Prior Authorization
🔹 Proven team leadership and people-management experience
🔹 Strong understanding of payer processes and healthcare insurance workflows
🔹 Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
🔹 Ability to manage high-volume operations while maintaining quality and accuracy
