Qualification:
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
At least 3 years of work experience
Has completed mandatory child abuse reporting training
Main functions:
Client Assessment & Service Planning
Conducts psychosocial assessments to evaluate needs, risks, and strengths
Supportive Counseling
Provides short-term counseling and emotional support.
Offers therapy under supervision of a clinically licensed social worker
Case Management & Coordination
Acts as the central point of contact for clients navigating healthcare
Ensures continuity of care by coordinating across multiple providers
