Chief Business Operations Officer

We're looking for a seasoned business leader to take complete ownership of our India operations across Roam N Learn and our Trading businesses. You'll lead operations, finance, administration, business development and project execution while working closely with the Board of Directors in the UAE. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can build systems, lead teams and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive overall business operations and strategic growth.
· Lead finance, budgeting, administration and operational performance.
· Identify new business opportunities and build strong client and partner relationships.
· Manage projects, teams, vendors and key stakeholders.
· Establish efficient processes, controls and performance standards.
· Monitor business performance and present regular reports to the Board.
· Ensure legal, regulatory and policy compliance.
· Travel for business meetings, client visits and project execution whenever required.
What We're Looking For
· 15+ years of leadership experience, preferably with reputed MNCs.
· Strong background in operations, project management and business leadership.
· Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
· Confident decision-maker with strong commercial and financial acumen.
· Comfortable working remotely until the India office is established.
· MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
