✅ Hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr & Freelancer
✅ Strong command of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
✅ Experience in lead generation & prospecting
✅ Confident in cold calling and client communication
✅ Strong sales & negotiation skills
✅ Experience in IT Services / IT Staffing / B2B Sales will be an advantage
✅ A proactive, target-driven and go-getter attitude
💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
🔹 Identify and generate new business opportunities
🔹 Manage and grow business through freelance platforms
🔹 Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted prospecting
🔹 Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling and other channels
🔹 Connect with decision-makers and understand their business requirements
🔹 Prepare proposals and negotiate with potential clients
🔹 Convert prospects into new clients
🔹 Build and maintain long-term client relationships
