SAP Production Planning (SAP-PP)

SAP PP Solution Architect role is responsible for designing and delivering SAP PP and S/4HANA Manufacturing solutions. The role will work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define solutions across production planning, MRP, capacity planning, production orders, BOMs, routings and scheduling. The architect will lead workshops, Fit-Gap, solution design, testing and implementation, while ensuring integration with key SAP modules and supporting S/4HANA transformation and global rollout initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Required Skills: SAP PP Solution Architect with 15–20+ years of overall SAP experience, based in Bengaluru.
Strong expertise in SAP PP, S/4HANA Manufacturing, Production Planning and MRP/MRP Live.
Proven experience in 3+ end-to-end SAP implementation/transformation projects.
Expertise in Demand Planning, Capacity Planning, Production Orders, Scheduling, BOM, Routing and Work Centers.
Strong integration knowledge across PP, MM, SD, QM, PM, EWM/WM and FI/CO.
Experience with SAP ATP/aATP, PP/DS and manufacturing system/MES integrations is preferred.
Lead solution architecture, business workshops, Fit-Gap, process design and functional strategy.
Experience in S/4HANA Greenfield/Brownfield implementations, global rollouts and SAP Activate methodology.
Strong stakeholder management, team leadership, solution governance and senior-level communication skills.
SAP S/4HANA/PP certification, manufacturing domain experience and presales/solutioning exposure are highly desirable.
