About The Role
Part of the Global Soda Ash & Derivatives Supply Chain, the Global Supply Chain Analyst enables data-driven decision making across the end-to-end Supply Chain organization to maximize the GBU contribution margin. The role partners with Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, Asset Management, Manufacturing and Commercial teams.
You will be accountable for:
Develop and maintain Supply Chain Power BI dashboards. Consolidate data from multiple systems (ERP, TMS, APS, CRM), ensuring Supply Chain data's quality, consistency, and reliability.
Monitor key KPIs: OTIF, inventory, coverage, logistics costs, and customer service.
Identify risks and opportunities impacting the Global Business Unit's contribution margin.
Deliver ad hoc analyses to support operational and strategic decisions.
Automate reporting processes and reduce manual workload.
Provide data-driven recommendations to Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams.
Train and support users in leveraging reporting and analytics tools.
We offer a permanent contract in Aubervilliers, based on hybrid working mode.
About You
Relevant education degree: Master’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Data Science, Applied Mathematics.
Competencies:
Mastery of information systems (BW, Power BI, SAP, OMP) with advanced analytical and modeling skills
Knowledge of optimization techniques and scenario planning
Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes, production planning and logistics operations
Fluent usual and technical English

About The Pay
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is :
€ 45 500 - € 62 400 per year in France.
Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on location and your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
