Role Description
The Brand Designer is a full-time, remote role responsible for developing and refining Americorp International’s visual brand presence across digital and print channels. Day-to-day tasks include creating brand identity systems, designing logos, typography, color palettes, and visual assets that align with the company’s global positioning. The Brand Designer will collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to translate strategic objectives into cohesive brand guidelines and campaign materials. Additional responsibilities include producing marketing collateral, presentations, and social media graphics, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. The role also involves iterating on designs based on stakeholder feedback, researching industry trends, and maintaining a high standard of visual quality.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Brand Identity and Branding, with experience building and maintaining cohesive brand systems.
Expertise in Brand Design and Graphic Design for both digital and print applications.
Proficiency in Visual Design, including layout, typography, color theory, and image selection.
Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar platforms).
Proven ability to translate business and marketing goals into effective visual concepts and assets.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design work for global or B2B organizations; experience in industrial, manufacturing, or chemical sectors is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
