Working Days: 5 Days | Saturday & Sunday Off
Shift Timings: 11:30 AM–9:00 PM / 12:30 PM–10:00 PM

About the Role
We are looking for an IT Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions and build strong talent pipelines across international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer closure.
Source IT/Technical candidates through LinkedIn, Talent Search, Indeed, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
Screen and interview candidates based on client and role requirements.
Understand hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipelines.
Handle multiple requirements while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements:
0–4 years of experience in recruitment.
Experience in IT/Technical Recruitment is preferred.
Strong sourcing and candidate-searching skills.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Talent Search, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
Good candidate screening and interviewing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and prioritize effectively.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
