🚀 We’re Hiring: Data Engineer – Backend Focus
We’re looking for a Data Engineer – Backend Focus to help us build scalable data systems and backend services that power AI-driven products at enterprise scale.
🔧 What you’ll be working on:
• Build and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines
• Develop high-performance data workflows using PySpark, Spark & Hadoop
• Design data models and schemas for reliable data storage and retrieval
• Build and expose REST APIs using FastAPI / Flask
• Work with Python & SQL to solve complex data problems
• Integrate data platforms with AWS / Azure and enterprise infrastructure
• Collaborate closely with AI Engineers, Data Scientists & Product Teams
• Focus on data quality, reliability, security & performance
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices
💻 What we’re looking for:
✅ 2–4 years of experience in Data Engineering or Backend Development
✅ Strong Python, SQL & PySpark skills
✅ Hands-on experience building ETL pipelines
✅ Good understanding of data modeling & schema design
✅ Experience with FastAPI / Flask & REST APIs
✅ Exposure to AWS or Azure
✅ Experience with Git & Agile methodologies
⭐ Nice to have:
• Kafka / real-time data ingestion
• Streaming data pipelines
• Distributed systems
• Large-scale performance tuning
• Data pipeline monitoring & observability
🎓 Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Strong practical experience and relevant project work can be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
