Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to customers to address their queries and provide information about products and services.
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
Query Resolution: Answer customer queries effectively and efficiently, providing accurate information and solutions.
Documentation: Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve service delivery.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve common goals and targets.
Requirements
Education: Any graduate (freshers are encouraged to apply).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and comfortable with using computers.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
