Senior Product Director

Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Director with extensive product management experience to lead the planning, development, and continuous optimization of the company's core products.
This role requires strong product strategy capabilities, market insight, and cross-functional collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will be able to translate user needs, market trends, and business objectives into clear product plans and drive the product team to consistently deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Formulate long-term development plans and product strategies for the company's core products;
2. Develop, manage, and continuously optimize the product roadmap;
3. Conduct in-depth research on user needs, market trends, and industry developments;
Determine product priorities and phased development focuses based on business objectives;
4. Lead the product team through the entire lifecycle, from requirements analysis and product design to launch and iteration;
5. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, operations, and commercial teams;
6. Establish robust product management processes and decision-making mechanisms;
Continuously optimize the product experience based on user feedback, market data, and product metrics;
7. Drive key product projects, coordinate resources, and manage project execution;
8. Report on product development progress, key metrics, and phased plans to the management team.
Qualifications
Over 20 years of experience in product management or related fields;
Extensive experience with internet, software, technology, or fintech products;
Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle, from strategy to execution;
Familiarity with product lifecycle management and modern product development processes;
Strong capabilities in user needs analysis and market research;
Ability to use data to support product decisions and prioritization;
Excellent cross-functional communication, coordination, and team leadership skills;
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, design, operations, and executive teams;
