Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Development: Design and deploy high-concurrency Go services.
API Excellence: Collaborate on the design of efficient gRPC and RESTful APIs to ensure seamless communication between microservices and the client.
System Architecture: Build and optimize high-scale data models within NoSQL environments for maximum performance and reliability.
Code Quality: Drive engineering excellence through rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and comprehensive documentation.
Performance & Security: Audit and optimize the stack for speed, ensuring our financial products meet the highest security standards.
Requirements
5+ years of professional fullstack experience.
Backend Depth: Significant experience building production-grade services in Golang.
API Design: Practical experience implementing gRPC for internal service communication and REST for external/client-facing endpoints.
Data Management: Strong understanding of NoSQL database design patterns (scalability, consistency models, and indexing).
Problem Solving: A track record of solving complex system design challenges in fast-paced environments.
Nice to Have
Experience in Fintech (payments, ledgers, or credit systems).
Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes.
Exposure to event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Jaeger, or Grafana).
