Job Title: Solution Architect – Telco Commercials (Salesforce & BSS)
Location: Remote / Hybrid
Role Overview
We are looking for a Solution Architect specializing in Telco Commercial Transformation to design scalable BSS Lead-to-Quote-to-Cash architectures connecting commercial operations with modern cloud platforms.
The ideal candidate will bring deep Telecommunications BSS domain expertise along with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Communications Cloud and/or Revenue Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
Define end-to-end target architectures for Lead-to-Order, CPQ, Product Catalog, Order Management, and Billing across B2B, B2C, and subscription models.
Serve as an SME for Salesforce Communications Cloud and Revenue Cloud.
Design integrations between Salesforce, BSS platforms, core networks, ERP systems, and middleware.
Translate business requirements into scalable architectural solutions and technical blueprints.
Establish architecture standards and best practices.
Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to delivery teams.
Ensure solutions align with enterprise integration standards and business objectives.
Required Qualifications
6+ years of Solution Architecture experience with a strong focus on Telecommunications BSS and Quote-to-Cash.
Proven experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud, including EPC, CPQ, and Order Management, and/or Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
Strong understanding of Telco commercial models, BSS architecture, Lead-to-Order, and Quote-to-Cash processes.
Expertise in APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture patterns.
Experience with TM Forum Open APIs and SID.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work across business, architecture, and technical teams.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
Hands-on experience with Zuora Billing and/or Zuora Revenue.
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Apigee, Pub/Sub, and BigQuery.
Salesforce Communications Cloud Accredited Professional or Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification.
