Up to 20,000 + Incentives
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporates, and healthcare professionals.
- Generate new business leads and expand the customer base independently via calling or field sales/marketing.
- Promote diagnostic services and health packages offered by Cardyrix Diagnostics.
- Conduct regular field visits to identify business opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
- Plan and execute local marketing activities, health camps, and promotional initiatives.
- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and business development activities.
- Achieve business growth targets through effective sales and marketing efforts.
This is a target-driven sales position. Performance incentives will be paid based on the monthly sales targets achieved. Higher performance will result in higher incentive earnings.
Eligibility Criteria
- 3 months - 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or any related field.
- Experience in the Pathology, Diagnostics, Healthcare, or Laboratory industry sales & marketing will be an add-on benefit.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to generate leads and business opportunities independently.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in approach.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and administrative work.
