Recruiter — 360, Tech/SaaS Desk
Purpose: Either runs a secondary vertical under your book, or starts building toward their own desk against a target.
Core responsibilities:
Full-cycle: brief-taking, sourcing, qualifying calls, submission, interview management, offer/negotiation
Client-facing from day one on at least warm/existing accounts — new business development once proven
Applies your CandidateMatch AI scoring methodology and Tier A/B/C frameworks rather than working purely on instinct
Owns candidate experience end to end — reference calls, T&Cs understanding (rebate structures like your Mozrest 100/50/25/0 tiering), managing multi-stage client processes
Expected to eventually run their own vertical or geography rather than just executing your overflow
Requirements
2-3 years billing in tech recruitment — SaaS, Fintech, CyberSec, or adjacent; genuinely transferable technical fluency if not exact-match sector
Provable billing history — actual invoiced numbers, not pipeline talk
Confident running a qualifying call with a technical hiring manager without you in the room
US market exposure a plus given your GTM/Solutions Engineering desk spans UK and US
