About the Opportunity
This is not a certificate-focused internship or a routine social media posting role.
You will work closely with the founders and contribute to the real process of building a premium fashion brand—from factory and showroom shoots to Reels, creative strategy, Instagram growth and customer engagement.
Your work will directly influence how Luxoro Formello is presented, perceived and discovered online.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants practical experience, meaningful responsibility and exposure to how a growing luxury brand operates.
What You Will Do
Content Creation & Production
Shoot high-quality photos and videos using a smartphone.
Create Instagram Reels, Stories, Carousels and behind-the-scenes content.
Capture products, craftsmanship, materials, styling, packaging and customer experience.
Develop content around formalwear, weddings, festivals and special occasions.
Assist with content shoots at our factory, showroom and brand activities.
Build and maintain an organised library of photos, videos and creative assets.
Instagram Content Execution
Plan and publish consistent Instagram content.
Edit short-form videos using CapCut or similar tools.
Create Carousels and basic graphics using Canva or similar tools.
Write clear, relevant and brand-appropriate captions.
Maintain a structured content calendar.
Organise creative assets and ensure timely execution.
Support daily Stories, regular Reels and planned Carousel content.
Brand & Creative Strategy
Maintain Luxoro Formello’s premium visual identity.
Present our craftsmanship, materials and products through compelling storytelling.
Suggest fresh content ideas based on fashion, trends and customer behaviour.
Develop content that encourages viewers to stop, watch, save, share and engage.
Work with the founders and creative team to turn ideas into finished content.
Ensure every piece of content meets a high standard of quality and detail.
Growth & Performance
Track Instagram metrics such as reach, views, saves, shares, engagement and profile visits.
Identify which content formats and ideas perform best.
Assist in preparing weekly content and performance reports.
Maintain a basic content and enquiry tracking sheet.
Use performance insights to improve future content.
Understand how content contributes to brand awareness, customer interest and sales.
Support the team in identifying Instagram enquiries and customer interest.
Who We Are Looking For

Able to recognise strong visuals, styling and presentation.
Comfortable shooting and editing short-form videos.
Organised, reliable and capable of meeting deadlines.

Interested in building something meaningful—not just completing an internship.
You do not need an impressive academic background.
Practical ability, creative judgement, discipline and attitude matter more.
Preferred Skills
Understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories and Carousels.
Practical experience in shooting or editing short-form videos.
Working knowledge of CapCut, Canva or similar tools.
Good smartphone photography and videography skills.
Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of hooks, captions and storytelling.
Interest in fashion, styling, luxury, branding or ecommerce.
Basic understanding of Instagram Insights or Meta Business Suite is an advantage.
A portfolio, Instagram profile or examples of Reels and content personally created by you will be highly valuable.
Please share actual examples of your work.
Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid role.
You will be required to visit our Peeragarhi office, factory, showroom or other relevant locations for:
Content shoots
Product photography
Brand activities
Creative planning
Team coordination
Review meetings
Editing, planning, research and reporting may be completed remotely when approved.
Regular physical presence is important because our content will be built around our products, craftsmanship, people, factory and store environment.
