Job summary:
We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist at Dhanbad to manage the reception area and serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and prospective students.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist students, parents, visitors, and candidates professionally.
Handle incoming calls, walk-in enquiries, and basic course/admission-related queries.
Provide basic information about Accentrex Global, its programs, admissions, and facilities.
Coordinate student/parent appointments with the counselling and admissions team.
Maintain enquiry, visitor, call, and follow-up records.
Support the admissions team with lead follow-ups and student coordination.
Handle basic office documentation, emails, WhatsApp communication, printing, and scanning.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Pleasant, confident, and professional personality.
Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel, email, and WhatsApp.
