We are looking for an Engineering Sourcer who can quickly understand engineering and manufacturing job requirements and identify qualified candidates in a fast-paced staffing environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, thrives in a speed-driven environment, and is eager to learn new technologies, roles, and industries.
Responsibilities
Source and identify engineering, technical, and manufacturing talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
Review job descriptions to understand key skills, qualifications, and target profiles.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
Partner closely with recruiters to drive submission activity and meet hiring goals.
Maintain accurate candidate records and provide timely updates on sourcing progress.
Requirements
1-3 years experience sourcing engineering, manufacturing, industrial, technical, or skilled trade professionals.
Strong understanding of engineering roles, manufacturing environments, and technical terminology.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work with urgency and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter experience.
Experience building and maintaining candidate pipelines in a staffing environment is preferred.
