Candidates from Mumbai location only
Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management for effective handling of core HR functions.
Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies and Personnel Management to support policy implementation and workforce administration.
Candidates should possess skills related to Employee Benefits to manage and communicate compensation and benefits programs.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
1–2 years of experience in HR or related roles, preferably within fast-growing or education-focused organizations.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Familiarity with HR software/tools, basic MS Office skills, and an understanding of Indian labor laws.
