Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Finance Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support the company’s goals. The Finance Manager will prepare financial reports, conduct financial analysis, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. They will manage accounts, analyze financial data to recommend strategies, and work closely with other teams to support decision-making and drive business success.

Strong understanding of financial analysis, risk management, and compliance with financial regulations
Proficiency in managing accounts and preparing financial reports
Ability to use advanced analytics and financial modeling to drive strategic insights
Exceptional communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with fintech, decentralized platforms, tokenomics, and blockchain is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications such as CPA or CFA are advantageous
