Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Consultant role based in New Delhi. The Fashion Consultant will guide customers in selecting garments and accessories, offering personalized styling advice that reflects ENSEMBLE’s curatorial vision and the customer’s individual preferences. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting clients, understanding their needs, presenting product options, coordinating complete looks, and ensuring a seamless fitting and alteration process when required. The role involves maintaining detailed product and designer knowledge, staying current with fashion trends, and contributing to visual merchandising to keep displays aligned with the brand’s aesthetic. The Fashion Consultant will also drive sales, process transactions, handle customer concerns professionally, and collaborate with team members to deliver a consistently high level of customer experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Fashion Consulting skills, including the ability to provide personalized styling advice and create cohesive looks for diverse clients.
Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge skills related to Indian luxury fashion, designers, fabrics, embroidery, and current trends.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to clearly present styling options, listen actively, and build trusted relationships with clients.
Candidates should possess a high standard of Customer Service skills, ensuring respectful, attentive, and solution-oriented interactions with every visitor.
Candidates should possess Sales skills, including upselling, cross-selling, and meeting individual and store performance targets in a professional manner.
Relevant experience in luxury retail, fashion boutiques, or personal styling is strongly preferred.
A keen eye for aesthetics, color, and fit, with the ability to work in a fast-paced store environment and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
Formal education in Fashion, Design, Retail Management, or a related field is an advantage but not strictly required if equivalent experience is demonstrated.
