Here's an overview of the technical skills you'll likely have to embark on our team:
3+ years of working experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related software engineering roles
Academic background in Computer Science, Data science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
Strong professional experience with NET/C# (.NET Core, NET 6/8), including building orchestration and backend APls
Hands on experience with Azure OpenAl / OpenAl / ChatGPT-class models (GPT-40-level), as well as generative Al for summarisation, extraction, filtering, speech-to-text / transcription pipelines (e.g. Whisper.NET, Azure Cognitive Services / Speech); and patterns such as RAG and Al search patterns.
Outstanding proficiency in using Agentic AI tools like Cursor IDE and GitHub Copilot to accelerate code development, refactoring, and complex debugging.
Excellent understanding of Transformer-based model architectures and general Machine Learning principles
Experience deploying or integrating AI models into production environments (APIs, pipelines, or backend systems)
Analytical mind with a strong problem-solving aptitude
Experience collaborating with engineering and product development teams
Fluency in English, both spoken and written

The salary range for this position is 27 785,00€ - 43 450,00€ gross per year.
