Cuddles Learning is a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to providing top-notch STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) after-school classes for children aged 5–13. We offer both online and in-person programs across Canada, aiming to inspire and educate the next generation of young minds. As we grow, we are looking for passionate individuals to join our team and help us make a difference.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and more.
This is an unpaid internship designed for students or recent graduates who are looking to gain practical, real-world HR experience in a growing company environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in HR, excellent communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow within our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and policies.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
