Ensures the optimal performance and functionality of electronic medical record (EMR) applications within healthcare settings. Analyzes and troubleshoots application issues, collaborating with healthcare professionals to tailor EMR systems to clinical needs, and implementing software updates to maintain security and efficiency. Monitors system integrations, documents workflows and configurations, and provides technical support and training to end-users. Evaluates new EMR features for workflow improvements and coordinating with IT teams to address infrastructure challenges impacting EMR applications.

Ensures optimal performance and functionality of EMR applications.

Qualifications
Education:
Associate’s degree (AA or AS) from an accredited college/university plus 1 year of relevant work experience required.
Equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
A bachelor’s degree may be substituted for experience.
Minimum Qualification
3+ years experience with EMR application support and optimization
Knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare regulations
Experience implementing software updates and system integrations
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
Ability to train end-users and collaborate with IT teams
