In an observational study of the AI-driven protocol applied through ATCA, 80% of participants following the protocol showed no further decline in their mild cognitive impairment. AIMS’ broader vision is to use artificial intelligence, data, and precision medicine to advance new approaches across cognitive health, regenerative medicine, sleep, inflammation, and longevity.
ABOUT THE ROLE
AIMS is seeking accomplished healthcare executives, physicians, entrepreneurs, investors, operators, and innovation leaders to join its Advisory Board and help shape the future of personalized healthcare.
This is a high-impact advisory opportunity for senior leaders who can contribute strategic insight, healthcare relationships, operating experience, and market perspective as AIMS advances technology-enabled approaches to individualized care. Advisory Board Members will work directly with company leadership on priorities related to growth, commercialization, strategic partnerships, healthcare delivery, and long-term value creation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide executive-level guidance on personalized healthcare, precision medicine, market development, and commercialization.
• Advise leadership on opportunities to apply medical artificial intelligence across cognitive health, aging, chronic disease, and related areas of care.
• Help identify relationships with healthcare systems, physician networks, research organizations, strategic partners, and industry leaders.
• Offer strategic perspective on scaling technology-enabled healthcare services and individualized care models.
• Contribute insight on patient engagement, clinical adoption, market positioning, and sustainable healthcare growth.
• Participate in periodic Advisory Board discussions and provide practical guidance within your areas of expertise.
• Serve as a credible advocate for AIMS’ mission and long-term vision when appropriate.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Senior leadership experience in healthcare, life sciences, digital health, medical technology, artificial intelligence, finance, entrepreneurship, or business development.
• Experience with personalized healthcare, precision medicine, healthcare growth, commercialization, strategic partnerships, operations, or value creation.
• Physicians with leadership, innovation, research, or practice-building experience are encouraged to apply.
• Established relationships within healthcare, technology, research, capital, or corporate markets are strongly valued.
• Strong interest in the responsible application of artificial intelligence, data, and precision medicine to improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.
• Ability to provide independent judgment, practical guidance, and senior-level strategic perspective.
TIME COMMITMENT
Approximately 1 – 2 hours per month. The role is remote and designed to accommodate active executives, physicians, entrepreneurs, investors, and other senior leaders.
ADVISOR OPPORTUNITY
Advisory Board Members will have the opportunity to contribute to an innovative company advancing personalized approaches to cognitive health, aging, and chronic disease.
A perk/benefit of the role is the ability to make a $50K+ angel investment in the company using an IRA/401(k) or other source alongside other advisors, when applicable.
