Senior ServiceNow Developer - W2 ONLY

**This is strictly a W-2 position.
Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer
W2 Contract: 9 Months (High possibility of extension)
Location: Hybrid in Reston, VA
Expected on-site approximately twice a month for planning sessions
Final-round in-person interview is mandatory in Reston, VA
Overview:
o Join a prominent organization as a Senior ServiceNow Developer contributing to high-impact platform solutions. In this role, you will lead feature development across dedicated Customer Service Management (CSM) scoped applications servicing dual fulfiller groups. You will play a key role in expanding CSM service portals, leveraging UI Builder for workspace customizations, and connecting services to ITSM and external endpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
o Design, develop, and maintain features within ServiceNow CSM scoped applications (Contact Center and FEP Hub).
o Utilize UI Builder to customize and configure shared out-of-the-box CSM/FSM workspaces to support cohabitating applications.
o Build and enhance the unified CSM Service Portal submitter experience.
o Develop integrations between CSM modules, ITSM frameworks, and external web services using Integration Hub and custom spokes.
o Participate in Agile sprint planning (every 2 weeks) and Program Increment (PI) planning cycles.
o Collaborate with technical leads and business stakeholders to evolve application feature roadmaps across platform upgrades.
Required Qualifications:
o Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow Development experience.
o Proven experience developing within the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) module.
o Direct hands-on experience using UI Builder to configure ServiceNow Workspaces.
o Strong expertise in JavaScript, Flow Designer, Playbooks, and Service Portal development.
o Proficiency in building REST/SOAP web service integrations and navigating ITSM platform hand-offs.
o Ability to attend an in-person final round interview and work on-site in Reston, VA twice a month.
Preferred Qualifications:
o Certified Application Developer (CAD) or CSM-specific ServiceNow micro-certifications.
o Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub and spoke development.
o Familiarity with recent ServiceNow platform releases such as Zurich or Australia.
o Experience within healthcare or related regulated industry environments.
Certifications:
o ServiceNow Developer Certification is a MUST
o ServiceNow Admin Certification - is a Plus
