Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Lead Developer to direct our core engineering initiatives. You will spearhead the design, development, and scaling of robust web platforms, driving technical excellence across the entire technology stack.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build end-to-end features using Python backend frameworks and React frontend architecture.
Architect, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure using native AWS services.

Partner with product and design teams to translate business requirements into high-performing technical solutions.
Mandatory Requirements
8+ years of full-stack development experience, including leadership or architectural ownership.
Strong proficiency in Python (e.g., Django, FastAPI) and modern React development principles.
Demonstrated expertise in AWS cloud services (such as AWS Lambda, ECS, RDS, and S3).
Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and secure API design.
