Key Responsibilities
Application Development
• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using the Appian Low-Code Platform.
• Develop and configure Appian components including SAIL Interfaces, Process Models, Records, Reports, Sites, Expression Rules, and Decision Rules.
• Build reusable application components and frameworks.
• Develop scalable and maintainable Appian applications following enterprise standards.
• Configure and maintain Appian environments.
Business Process Automation
• Design and implement BPM and workflow automation solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical Appian solutions.
• Automate and optimize business processes using Appian capabilities.
• Develop case management and workflow applications.
Integration & Data Management
• Integrate Appian applications with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, JDBC, and SQL.
• Design and maintain Appian data models and record types.
• Support data migration and synchronization activities.
Testing & Deployment
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and defect resolution.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Participate in deployment and release management processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Collaboration & Documentation
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Work with business and technical teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Create technical documentation, design specifications, and support documents.
• Provide ongoing application support and knowledge transfer.
