Manhattan Active WM Technical Architect
4SiGHT Supply Chain Group | Remote (US) ‚ nominal travel | Full-time
4SiGHT Supply Chain Group, a Manhattan Value Partner (Platinum Level), is looking for a Technical Architect with hands-on Manhattan Active® Warehouse Management experience to lead solution and integration architecture on our client implementations.
The Role
You'll own the technical architecture for Manhattan Active WM implementations end to end — defining how Active WM fits into each client's enterprise landscape, designing the integration architecture (APIs, events, messaging, batch) across ERP, OMS, TMS, WES/WCS, robotics, and automation systems, and governing extensions so they stay within Manhattan's supported extensibility framework. You'll lead technical workstreams through design, build, testing, cutover, and go-live, including hands-on command-center leadership at startup and hypercare, working alongside client IT teams, Manhattan Associates, and 4SiGHT functional and delivery resources.
What You'll Bring
At least one Manhattan Active WM implementation taken successfully to go-live, and referenceable. This is the core requirement.
Deep knowledge of Active WM architecture, APIs, extensions, configuration, and integration patterns
Experience designing integrations between Active WM and enterprise systems (ERP, OMS, TMS, WES/WCS, automation, MHE, labor, parcel)
Strong grounding in REST APIs, event-driven and message-based integration, JSON/XML, and middleware/integration platforms
Experience with data conversion and migration, interface reconciliation, and cutover planning
Technical leadership through SIT, end-to-end, performance, and regression testing
Clear communication with both technical and business audiences; comfortable leading with minimal supervision

Location & Travel
Remote from home anywhere in the US ‚ no relocation required. Travel to client sites is nominal and tied to project milestones: key design sessions, testing events, go-live, and production startup.
