Must-have experience:
• 3–5 years of professional software development
• Java and/or Kotlin
• Spring Boot
• MongoDB Atlas
• Aurora MySQL on AWS
• AWS cloud-native distributed systems
• GraphQL / Netflix DGS
• Experience building scalable, high-performance and resilient systems
• Strong English communication skills
Nice to have:
• Apache Kafka and/or SQS
• Terraform
• Microservices
• gRPC / REST APIs
• AI-assisted coding experience
