.NET Developer

Requirements:
Senior-level NET developer (strong mid-level also acceptable; capability over years).
Proficiency with C# and. NET Fundamentals: Mastery of modern C# and the NET SDK, including asynchronous programming with async/await and LINQ.
Understanding of. NET 8 Familiarity with the latest LTS versions of. NET, particularly. NET 8 which is dominant in new development.
Cloud-Native Development: Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure, including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps.
Cross-Platform Development: Proficiency in NET Core, which is essential for building applications that can run on multiple platforms.
Microservices Architecture: Understanding of microservices, containerization, and serverless computing patterns.
AI/ML Integration: Familiarity with integrating AI and machine learning technologies into. NET applications. (Claude Code preferred).
DevOps Knowledge: Understanding of DevOps practices and tools, including Azure DevOps.
React 18+ concurrent rendering, Suspense, and server components (if using Next.js ).
TypeScript strongly typed React apps for maintainability.
State Management: Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or React Query for server state.
UI Frameworks: Material UI (MUI), Chakra UI, and Tailwind CSS for rapid styling.
Routing: React Router v7 or Next.js routing if SSR/SSG is used.
API Integration: Fetch API, Axios, and React Query for consuming NET APIs.
Form Handling: React Hook Form or Formik with validation (Yup/Zod).
Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress for E2E.
Build Tools: Vite, Webpack 6 or Turbopack for faster builds.
Performance Optimization: code splitting, lazy loading, memoization
CORS configuration in ASP. NET Core for React clients.
Nice to Have:
Any experience in case management, legal, financial, or mortgage.
Some legacy dev experience, as we will be doing some legacy work as we transition to newer development.
