Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Designer & Video Editor to join our team and produce high-quality video content across marketing, social media, commercials, YouTube, podcasts, and other digital formats.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in video editing, motion graphics, storytelling, color correction, audio mixing, and visual effects, with the ability to take projects from raw footage through final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Edit polished, story-driven video content across multiple formats and platforms
Create motion graphics, animations, title sequences, lower thirds, and transitions
Work extensively in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Handle color correction, audio cleanup/mixing, captions, and final exports
Create platform-specific versions for 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:5, and other formats
Manage footage, project files, templates, and post-production workflows
Support basic videography, framing, composition, and on-set production when required
Create simple supporting graphics such as thumbnails, title cards, and social assets
Collaborate with the Creative Director, incorporate feedback, and manage multiple deadlines
Contribute creative ideas, concepts, and visual references when needed

Strong understanding of typography, composition, and brand consistency
Experience with DaVinci Resolve, Fusion, Blender, Runway, OpusClip, Topaz Video AI, ElevenLabs, or other AI-assisted creative tools is a plus.
We are also looking for someone who is comfortable evolving with AI-enabled creative workflows and expanding into adjacent areas such as generative video, automation, and AI-assisted post-production.
Experience: 2–4+ years preferred
