Overview
A well-established, high-performing engineering organization is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to contribute to a large-scale, business-critical internal platform. This system supports core operational workflows and requires a strong emphasis on code quality, maintainability, and ownership.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance a large-scale application using Python, React, and AWS across the full stack
Work within an existing architecture that includes complex business rules and interdependent components
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code aligned with established engineering standards
Ensure strong testing practices, including comprehensive unit test coverage
Collaborate closely with engineering peers, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders
Troubleshoot and resolve issues by evaluating system behavior holistically (data flow, performance, dependencies)
Take ownership of features end-to-end, including design, implementation, testing, and long-term support
Contribute to ongoing improvements in system design, performance, and reliability
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills:
Strong experience with Python in production environments
Proficiency with React and modern JavaScript (TypeScript preferred)
Hands-on experience with AWS services
Solid understanding of REST APIs and distributed system design
Experience with unit testing frameworks and disciplined testing practices
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows
Experience working within complex, highly customized systems
Engineering Mindset:
Strong emphasis on writing high-quality, maintainable software—not just functional code
Ability to understand and apply business logic within technical solutions
Detail-oriented with a focus on scalability and long-term impact
Comfortable working within an established codebase and contributing incrementally
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Exposure to enterprise-grade or highly customized platforms
Experience with microservices, event-driven, or serverless architectures
Background in environments with strict quality or testing standards
Familiarity with systems involving pricing, configuration, or workflow-heavy logic
Experience with algorithmic problem solving or structured technical interview environments
