We are seeking an senior level consultant to lead the integration of SAP HRIS and SAP cloud applications with Okta Identity Governance (IGA), enabling automated access governance, certification, and lifecycle management. This role will be primarily responsible for design and implementation of SAP roles, identities and entitlements into Okta to enable access governance and certification. This is a 6 month remote contract position starting in October.
Key Responsibilities:
Formatting and transforming roles from SAP applications to SAP IDS.
Integrating SAP with Okta IGA Platform using webhooks, APIs and workflow automation.
Building and troubleshooting REST APIs, JSON payloads for group provisioning and roles / entitlements synchronization.
SAP cloud solutions like SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP DataSphere and ABAP.
Designing and implementing Okta Workflows to automate lifecycle management.
Analyzing and mapping SAP business roles, profiles and entitlements for governance and certification in Okta.
Producing clear runbooks, RACI, operational procedures, and support models for ongoing operations.
Required experience:
7+ years experience in SAP Applications, Okta Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), with 3+ years focused on integrations.
SAP environment experience specifically in identity design and implementation
Strong experience with Okta Identity Governance and Okta Workflows.
Hands-on expertise with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and automation.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and related SAP cloud solutions.
