Community Program Coordinator

Job – Program Coordinator, Champion Experiences
Location: Remote – US (Central/Eastern time zones preferred)
Duration: 18 months
Looking for a Program Coordinator to support its Champion Engagement & Experiences team. This is a hybrid role, approximately 50% community management and 50% event/program coordination. The ideal candidate is community-focused, customer-facing, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple programs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day Champion community on Slack and engage directly with members.
Plan virtual community activities such as happy hours, networking, and social events.
Drive community engagement, identify Champion stories, and support user-generated content.
Coordinate Champion experiences, customer events, and multi-city programs.
Support Team 27 / Team USA and other seasonal “Surprise & Delight” experiences.
Manage event logistics, timelines, communications, attendees, and deliverables.
Partner with internal teams and Champion Program Managers.
Required Qualifications
2–3+ years of community, customer engagement, event, or program coordination experience.
Hands-on online community experience, preferably Slack, forums, or similar platforms.
Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience supporting events or community programs.
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Ability to proactively manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal Profile: Someone who is community-first with event experience, enjoys customer interaction, and can quickly build relationships with a large online community.
Work Samples: Portfolio not required, but examples of community programs, events, activations, social content, or measurable results are preferred.
