Workday Extend developer

Candidate who having strong expertise in Workday Extend development with proven experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Workday Extend will consider only.
Also, with the ability to lead design and development efforts independently, with hands-on development experience with demonstrated delivery of complex Workday Extend solutions.
Candidates who have done demo applications or are general Workday developers without deep Extend expertise will not work given the tight timeline.
We are specifically looking for developers who can take ownership of development activities, make technical decisions, and contribute hands-on throughout the project lifecycle.

1. Custom Application & Workflow Development (HRSS Tools Consolidation)
Build Workday Extend Apps: Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications within Workday Extend to automate offboarding administration workflows and consolidate legacy HRSS tools.
UI & Data Modeling: Create dynamic page layouts, custom business processes (BPs), custom objects, and field components using the Workday Extend app builder framework.
Workflow Automation & Orchestrations: Utilize Workday Orchestrations to automate multi-step HR operational processes, minimizing manual intervention.
