Main purpose of the role
As a Marketing Collateral & Visual Communications Specialist you will serve as a shared cross-functional resource supporting various business units. The role is responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining marketing, technical, and visual communication assets while ensuring alignment with branding, corporate identity, and communication standards. The position will support multiple stakeholders by delivering high-quality graphics, documentation, presentations, videos, and other communication materials that effectively promote products, services, and business initiatives.
1.1. Education & Experience
Bachelor’s/master’s degree (BA/MA, BBA/MBA, BE) in marketing communications or related fields, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Digital media, or related discipline.
3-5 or 5-7 years of experience and relevant certifications in Marketing content writing, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing or Video Production will be an added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and update marketing collateral including brochures, catalogs, flyers, presentations, technical datasheets, training materials, promotional content etc.
Create, edit, and enhance graphics, illustrations, infographics, and visual assets for internal and external communications.
Support the creation and editing of videos, animations, and multimedia content.
Create/update product manuals and maintenance of existing documents.
Ensure all communication materials comply with branding guidelines, templates, and visual identity standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders across business functions to understand requirements, to validate technical content and deliver quality outputs.
Maintain and continuously improve communication templates, layouts, and visual standards.
Required skillset
3.1. Must have
Strong graphic design and visual communication skills.
Experience in developing marketing collateral and customer-facing content.
Understanding of branding, visual identity, and corporate communication standards.
3.2. Tools
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
3.3. Additional Skills
Canva, Figma, Camtasia, Clipchamp, Synthesia
