Experience
8+ years in Software Engineering
Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience in Generative AI / LLM implementation
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced AI Lead Engineer to lead an enterprise-wide AI-Enabled Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) pilot initiative. The role will focus on evaluating, implementing, and optimizing AI-powered development tools and autonomous coding agents across the software engineering lifecycle.
The candidate will partner with development teams to establish scalable AI-enabled SDLC practices that improve developer productivity, software quality, testing effectiveness, documentation quality, and overall engineering efficiency.
Key Objectives
Establish an enterprise AI-enabled SDLC framework.
Evaluate AI coding assistants and autonomous agents.
Define governance, security, and risk management practices.
Measure productivity, quality, and cost improvement opportunities.
Create reusable implementation blueprints.
Drive developer adoption and AI enablement initiatives.
Build standards and best practices for AI-assisted engineering.
