Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Noida. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles within the company, using job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels. Daily tasks include coordinating interviews, managing communication between hiring managers and candidates, and maintaining accurate candidate records in recruitment systems. The role involves collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs, drafting job descriptions, and supporting end-to-end recruitment processes from initial contact to offer and onboarding. The Recruiter will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, monitor recruitment metrics, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
Talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Experience with HR tools such as ATS platforms, job portals, and professional networking sites.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with candidates and internal teams.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple openings and deadlines.
Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and basic HR practices, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort working on-site in Noida and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in recruitment for service-oriented or hospitality/event-related roles is an advantage.
