Survey CAD Technician

Full Remote Available - Must live in PA***
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Development of survey plans and construction documents working on complex CAD projects under the direction of a Professional Land Surveyor
Work efficiently, multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment
Perform work in an accurate and timely manner
Handle multiple assignments with competing priorities
Maintain company CAD standards throughout the projects
Key Qualifications
1-2 years of progressive survey work experience or Associates Degree in CAD related field
Working knowledge of topographic and boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, subdivisions, easement and vacation plats
Microstation experience preferred
Exceptional client service skills as well as in a team environment
Self-starting, requiring minimal supervision once trained
General knowledge of MS Office
Good communication skills
