Job Description
MedChemExpress has an immediate opening for Finance Manager base in India. This is a full time position with career advancement opportunities within the company.
Position: Finance Manager
The Finance Manager will be responsible for budgeting, cost control, financial reporting, compliance, and financial data analysis. The role also supports performance-related initiatives and requires close collaboration with the finance team in China to ensure accurate reporting and efficient cross-regional communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Budgeting & Cost Control: Lead budgeting and forecasting while monitoring HR and operational costs to ensure overall cost efficiency.
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support management decisions.
Compliance & Internal Controls: Ensure all financial operations comply with local regulations and internal policies while supporting audits as needed.
Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and performance tracking to provide insights for business decision-making.
Performance Support: Provide financial inputs for performance evaluation and incentive planning to support HR and management.
Cross-Regional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the finance team in China to align reporting requirements and ensure smooth monthly closing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in financial management or related roles.
Strong skills in budgeting, cost control, financial reporting, and analysis.
Good understanding of compliance and internal controls.
Strong communication and coordination abilities, especially in cross-regional settings.
Proficiency in financial systems and Excel.
