Medical Equipment Project Manager

Job Profile
Job functions include project planning for medical equipment and site coordination with main contractors, suppliers and end-users. Within the company, the role was to support the sales & service departments for all pre-sales & awarded projects. It includes preparing equipment layout drawings using AutoCAD, project Gantt Chart using Microsoft Project, etc.
Area of Responsibilities
Monitor the status of all current projects to ensure they meet the timeline and are within the allocated budget.
Manage the project from the implementation stage to handover to Customers and the Service Department.
Report project status/ update project reports to Customers and internal stakeholders.
Comprehensive of all contractual obligations between Company and Customers.
Manage project-related activities to ensure time schedules are being achieved and all quality standards are being implemented according to the implemented according to the contract.

Project management
UIH Medical Products - Site requirement for the product
OEM Products, e.g. RF cabin, Injector, Chiller, Laser, etc.…
AutoCAD for producing drawings for project use
Microsoft Project for producing a schedule for working and monitoring purposes
