Role Overview
We are looking for a Sr. Engineer – CAE Applications to join our growing team in Gurugram. This is a customer-facing role ideal for engineers who are passionate about simulation technologies and want to work directly with leading manufacturing brands using Siemens CAE software (Simcenter and related tools) in their engineering and production workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Support customers in the implementation, application, and optimization of Siemens CAE software solutions
Work closely with clients in manufacturing sectors such as Automotive, EV, Industrial Equipment, and Consumer Electronics
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to customers at their sites across the Delhi/NCR region
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, training, and adoption of CAE tools by customers
Continuously build domain expertise in Siemens simulation and engineering software
Required Qualifications & Skills
B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or a related engineering discipline
1–3 years of industry experience in manufacturing sectors (Automotive/EV, Industrial Equipment, Consumer Electronics, or similar)
Good communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers
Willingness to travel to customer locations within the Delhi/NCR region
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Eagerness to learn and grow within a technical, engineering-driven role
